Service-offering propositions

• Offering of scientific excellence, research assets and infrastructure based on a disease-orientated approach: Neurodegenaration, Neuroinflammation, Neuropsychiatry

• One-stop-shop model: ability to offer tailor-made services from preclinical up to clinical phase III

• Focus on explorative biology, clinical expertise, biomarker research, compound validation and brain imaging

Services include access to biobanking, clinical validation (first-in-man clinical trials, PET imaging etc), contract reearch, early discovery (explorative neurobiology and consultancy services. We offer a one-stop-shop for all research activities from explorative biology and preclinical collaborative research up to clinical phase I, II or III studies.

Access to large patient cohorts, in-house biobanks and the underlying infrastructures of VU Medical Center and the VU University Amsterdam are available, all located on one campus of around one square mile.
